1 on 1 Consulting

Meet with Eric 1-on-1 for 55 minutes to address the needs of your current mindset. Whether you’re struggling with performance anxiety, building confidence, or developing mental resilience, Eric provides personalized strategies to help you unlock your full potential on and off the field.

Group Workshops

We know not everyone has the time or resources to utilize a sport psychology consultant one on one. We also know that it can be hard to get an athlete to meet with a mental coach alone. Eric offers one hour virtual presentations that can be tailored for your athletes and programs/sports.
